TASTE

The Purity of water is defined in part by the mineral level found in specific bottled waters and is referred to as Total Dissolved Solids or TDS.

With a TDS of just 130, Fassa Natural Mineral Water can be paired with almost all types of food. This TDS gives Fassa a light, crisp and smooth taste.

With 28.8mg/l of Silica and other minerals, Fassa is guaranteed a silky-smooth taste and mouthfeel.

TERROIR

It isn’t just our terroir that makes us different from our competitors. Our status means we offer a consistent composition and purity so we can tell you exactly what you’re drinking – right down to the actual levels of calcium, nitrates and other special minerals our water contains. Fassa guarantees you a perfect taste every time.

Natural Mineral Water doesn’t contain sugar, additives or calories. From leaving the aquifer to filling your bottle, Fassa is not treated or changed. This means you can be confident that you are drinking the purest of water, just as nature crafted.

Most waters contain some sodium, it’s only natural. The sodium content in Fassa, at only 3.2mg/l, is lower than most other bottled waters.

MINERAL ANALYSIS

On every bottle of Fassa we list the strictly maintained mineral content of the water it contains. It’s our belief that having stable mineral contents is one of the main things that elevates our water above our competition.

The consistency of Fassa’s chemical and microbiological composition is fiercely protected to ensure the quality remains constant.

ORIENTATION (PH)

The orientation of water is its PH, which stands for Potential Hydrogen. The PH measures the level of Acid or Alkaline substance in the water.

With a PH of 6.5, Fassa water is on the normal range for groundwater. This normal range is what gives Fassa its unique taste.

VIRGINALITY (NITRATE)

virginality indicates how protected water is from its surroundings. It is determined by the water’s level of nitrate. Nitrate is easily carried through soil by water, and this contamination may come from fertilizer, animal waste products, decaying plant matter, septic tanks, etc.

Fassa’s unique volcanic filtration process keeps these harmful contaminants away, giving it a very good rating in virginality.
